Please note: Sun Gate Adventures creates personalized itineraries and serves as a tour
operator, we are not a travel agency. You will be responsible for booking and purchasing the
itinerary suggestions we have recommended under your own name.
Step 1: Send us an inquiry! Please include your cell phone number, email address, and a few
dates and times you would be available for a 30-minute Kick-Off call to discuss your trip desires!
Please send the inquiry to sungateadventures@gmail.com. We will connect with you via
text/email to confirm the date and time of our virtual Kick-Off call.
Step 2: Kick-Off Call! During our Kick-Off call, we will ask you questions to get a better
understanding for your upcoming trip to create a personalized itinerary for you!
Step 3: Payment! After the Kick-Off call, please complete the Itinerary purchase via
sungateadventures.com. Expect a few check-ins from us after payment to solidify your itinerary
Step 4: Itinerary! 3 Weeks after payment, we will send your customized itinerary via email! If you
need the itinerary sooner than 3 weeks after payment, there is an additional $65 rush fee.
Step 5: Vacation! Enjoy the personalized itinerary that was made specifically for your adventure!
When will you receive your personalized itinerary?
You will receive your personalized itinerary 3 weeks after payment.
If you need the personalized itinerary sooner than 3 weeks after payment, there is an additional
fee of $65 to have the itinerary sent sooner than 3 weeks after payment.
Refund Policy:
This purchase is non-refundable.
Refund Policy Exceptions:
Refunds will be provided to individuals if their personalized itinerary is not sent to their email
within 3 weeks of purchase.
Refunds will also be provided to individuals who paid for the additional rush fee of $65, if
itineraries were not sent to them within 1 week of purchase.
